Gujozec
Thanks again Demonn. The Samurai Zombie is finished and today he performed in his very first game. It was me with Yan Lo and my brother with Viks, and the whole scrap was documented as a battle report. It's in the first post of the blog we just started together - Carrion&Hodgepodge (the image in my sig will lead you there). If you care to take a look you will find pictures of the finished Samurai Zombie in action.

Gujozec
Time to resurrect this a bit; the summer is over and lots of new Malifaux goodies need painting. But first, some of the older stuff that hasn't been posted here yet. Gujozec
Thanks. And no worries, I'll paint something else for the Harvest. I have plenty of unpainted creepy things to choose from.
Viruk
Definitely the best paintjobs I've seen on these so far.
Lussuria
These look awesome!! I particularly like the effect you got with the blue on the torn flags!! And Yin looks amazing! Awesome highlighting on black hair. I can never seem to pull that off correctly.
Argentbadger
Toshiro looks really good, the dead flesh is very convincing.
Gujozec
Thanks Viruk, Lussuria and Argentbadger. As the beginning of my gradual crossing over to 2nd edition I'm starting a new painting project. My goal is to finish the new plastic Seamus and Viktorias crews, always working on two minis at a time: one from each box. I'll post more detailed accounts of my progress on Carrion&Hodgepodge, but the finished minis will end up here on the forums as well. Wish me luck. Viruk
Looks like an ambitious project. It's going to be very interesting to follow your progress. Fingers crossed!

Demonn Agram
Really cool! But leave something to your brother to paint. We've now seen that he can do it. He just needs exercise!
Linus Mcmold
Wow O_o - rust on Seamuses saw looks top notch. Hat's off.
Viruk
They both look great. It's amazing how much detail/texture you were able to paint onto these minis. Don't get me wrong as I like the design a lot, it's just that there are quite a few flat surfaces that you were able to hide with awesome brushwork. Gujozec
Thanks everyone! I've started working on the first Ronin and Belle now. I want to finish as many as possible before my college lectures start, as then I'll have to slow down.
Gujozec
First Ronin and Rotten Belle done! More pictures on the blog again.
Linus Mcmold
First "sexy" models I've seen you have painted. So far your ronin isn't over the top and doesn't fit completely in Victorias Secrets (maybe the one with pony tails will). I really like how you did ronins chubby face and it's bizzare how the belle looks almost alive.
Gujozec
Thanks Linus! Student and CCK done:
Guardian
Very nice! Do you have some kind of a manufacturing painting process there?! Pumping these models out like a Toyota car factory hahah
Gujozec
Yeah, I have enough spare time now, and I'm actually inspired to paint these crews (well, at least most of the models in them), so I'm using that before it goes away.
