Rob_Jedi
I've posted some WIP shots of these in the past on LAF and my blog. I got a bit of help to get the whole town finished to go on display at the recent Australian con CANCON. This will be a bit of an image flood, I've been working on these for over a year or more now and I'm really happy to have them all done. Although now I want to design a church and some extra buildings and make a bigger board to put them all on cause they really crowd up this 2x2 foot board. For those wanting to know who makes them they are all from http://www.aetherworks.com.au/ Most of the models in the shots are from Malifaux with the occasional Dead Lands as well and a truck from I'm not sure, excuse the lame plastic horse in the 1st few shots. Oh and cause someone always asks this, yes the roofs come off and yes they have floors inside.
durek
Very well done, great painting. Ill' have to look into those buildings. Are they easy to assemble?
Rob_Jedi
Yeah they go together easily, you can pretty much snap fit them together, though I obviously glue em together. Window and door frames and the signs need to be glued on.
diehard
Those look fantastic, it's obvious that you put some serious effort into them and it shows. A board that anyone would be honored to play a game on, seriously. The under construction building is a nice touch, and one I haven't seen before, well done. I could see a nice church and a couple more buildings filling out a 3' x 3' just nicely. Oh, and the miniatures look great too, thanks for sharing. Guardian
WOW! I am impressed! This looks like a scene from a western, really like the feel it has! Top notch work
Clousseau
Looks fantastic. From a gameplay point of view some bigger gaps between buildings would be good, so you may have enough buildings for a 3x3 board.
[AWaC]Odin
I like it, very colorful for a western themed town. I really enjoy the 'constructing' buildings touch, gives it an authentic feel.
Rob_Jedi
You're right, with the full town it's a bit crowded. I'm going to try and get around to making a 3x3 board soon. Of course then I'll put in a church and a train station and make it super crowded again.
amwranes
Do the roofs happen to come off those buildings?
Bigkid
Stunning! I think you've convinced me that more buildings, closer together is the way forward for my own Wild West board.

nilus
Those buildings look fantastic. I just wish they were cheaper. Would love build a whole bunch of tourney tables with this stuff.
Leifer
Very nice. Love the colors and the whole dusty feel to the buildings.
Inquisitor Wall
Wonderful paint jobs on the buildings. They make a fantastic looking table. I really love the idea of the building in the midst of being constructed. What a brilliant idea.
krax
cool and colourful houses!
Iron Heel
Great job! The color transitions on the facades is quite nice; did you use an airbrush? I may have to pick up a couple of these despite the spendiness. I got some not-too-cheap armorcast ruined temple resin parts many years ago. I lamented the cost at the time, but I've gotten soooooo much play out of them and they look really nice painted up. High quality terrain really brings something to the table that you don't realize is missing until you see it in front of you.
Omenbringer
That is a nice weastern themed board. Love the weathered feel to the buildings.
Lord Shaper
I've been looking at them since I saw them at MOAB last year... I'm going to have to start saving I think for them!
Turelio
You did a great job on these. Seeing these painted and set up at Cancon has got me finally motivated to get some of my own painted after how long I have had them for. Rob_Jedi
Thanks everyone glad everyone likes em. Iron Heel the undertakers was airbrushed by my friend Andrew but the rest were done by hand with lots of washes to do the shading.
