tadaka
I think necropunks would be a good addition.
Twisted Metal
The Dead Rider!!! The guys is a beast by himself and an absolute nightmare with a gave spirit attached. Besides him necro punks but the objective grabbing role is kind of filled by the night terrors.

I kind of fear the dead riders durability (not in game, i mean the model itself) the scythe arm looks pretty bend prone, and I fear where the glue joints are
Twisted Metal
I havent had any problems with the dead rider breaking but I never put the long horn things on because I didnt like the look. The scythe arms is solid like a rock. On the other hand my hooded rider has lost three snakes from its mounts head and the mechanical riders spear arm has broken off twice so its not like my models dont break. Twisted Metal
Its one joint at the elbow and it has a good amount of surface area because its cut at an angle. I also made a second glue point where the bottom of the scythe touches the horse for that tid bit of extra stability.
fritz the cat
is that joint possible pin-able? if not, I may make something out of greenstuff to further reinforce the area (maybe a rope or something). Im paranoid about breaking models
Twisted Metal
Its hard to say because each person has their own method. I didn’t feel confident in pinning it.
SoulG
I'd just like to echo the Dead Rider. It is, in my opinion, our Lelu + Lilitu. Other good purchases: The Drowned Von Schill +1 Night Terrors +1 Flesh Construct
fritz the cat
theres a local shop that actually has a dead rider in stock, and a nice boxing day sale coming up, may see if i can snag that
Bienivrai
- 3 Punk Zombies - 2nd Flesh Construct - Sebastian - Mortimer
seamoose
I pinned the riders arm on no problemos. I left the mounts head frill off. I forget the size of my pins but they were just a pp rod set. Oh and get the nicodem box, you have a lot to support it. I enjoy Nico with molly, Maybe my opponents aren't great but its competitive and very fun. So much paralyze!
fritz the cat
awww yeah, le bf bought me dead rider
Toonook
I'd recommend the Nico box since you also don't have any punk zombies, Sebastian, Necrotic Machine, maybe some drowned? Also, how about both of the desperate mercenaries? Edited December 27, 2011 by Toonook
Omenbringer
Would also recommend the Punk Zombie blister (unless of course you are planning on getting Nicodem anyway) and definately a Necrotic Machine for Molly (it allows her to cast The Philosophy of Uncertainty spell more than once). fritz the cat
so i love the dead rider model, even though its kinda tricky to put together... and while I think the horns look cool...design wise (assembly) that was the most re-goddamn-diculous design flaw ever. micahwc
I second the Nicodem box suggestion as you get a good price deal on the punk zombies you may want. It gives you another in-faction master which gives you more options if you want them some time down the road.
tattyted
I drilled out the head of dead riders horse and used the base of the spikes like pins. Superglued the spikes in then a little dab of liquid green stuff. lost about 3mm on each spike in the recesses but they are rock solid (dropped twice and not a problem) and given the length of the spikes to start with you cant really tell the difference. Twisted Metal
Glad to hear you picked him up. You won't be disappointed. Just attach the grave spirit and you have rock hard wrecking machine.
