You can have a swarm nearly 11" inches up the table by the end of T1 using this. (not to mention that R is 6" forward and still has his (+1) casting expert to use.) (Two spiders advance 8" and end in b2b, Ramos advances 6" picks up the scrap and summons forward (in b2b) another 1", that spider activates and uses Swarm to replaces forward another 2".) I think it's a great mid-range model for Ramos, with an excellent threat range (10" on the charge!), above-average defense, and decent damage potential, especially against armored targets. Melee beaters for 5-6ss with a +1ap ability are *always* good models, in every faction that has them. And LSPA is as solid as they get. I totally agree. It looks super awesome too! It looks super awesome too! 2x LSA may replace my borg, from the sounds of the potential of the LSA. 2+1 AP x2 with survivability compared to 2+1 AP Glass Canon... i like the borg he can trash models but he dies SO easily. from the sounds of the Release my army may be changing up. looking like Ramos, BA/Toolkit, x2 LSA, Alyce, x2 Miners. and to top off to 35SS i want to grab a Fem Gunsmith depending on cost. considering w/o GS i am 30SS on the number. oh and to remain on topic, I love the LSA model looks amazing. i am some-what disappointed in the Miners though. i was expecting some construct dude with a pick, not a tunneling worm. and honestly the Miner seems very simple and not very steampunkish. i will play it regardless lol. It's got some implications for charge blocking, plus it will leave 2 corpse counters that a certain book 3 Silurid might be able to take advantage of.
