dgraz
Does anyone know if there is any kind of tournament support from Wyrd - like prize packs or anything? If so who would I contact about such a thing?
Angus Khan
I would say email Nathan... He'll be able to sort it out if anyone can...
EricJ
Tournament support is something we are working on, but at the moment there is nothing in place. This type of thing takes a bit of time to get what we want manufactured and in place to support tournaments as they happen. Like I said, I'd love to have it up and running now, but it's just another thing that we're doing our best to get ready for you all!
dgraz
Thanks for the quick reply Eric. On the weekend, that's dedication folks.
Wombats
L D P is running a "tournament" in Brisbane as soon as our gaming club opens after renovations. I really don't like the idea of calling it a tournament, though. It smacks of powergaming and powergamers seem naturally repulsed from Malifaux which is something I love. These are bad names for it but they might help brainstorm a good name from someone else: Turf War Scrapheap Power Struggle Muster There must be some decent Old West - esque words for a fight/rustling/wrangle/hoedown...being Australian I haven't a clue. Hapless Peon
I did have my heart set on "Showcase". Although I do like your Wild West idea. It just occurs to me we should name it something like "Bayou Hootenanny"
Wombats
I'm pro-hootenanny in general. Shinanigans and Capers aren't out of the question but don't have that southern twang.
lbd
A showdown is the western term your looking for.

Nathan Caroland
Good suggestions. I'll toss it in the consideration box.
