But there's confirmation in the second paragraph: Quote Any model that the Marker touches or that is affected by the must pass the simple duel noted in the Shockwave or suffer its effects. By which I mean how far from the marker the shockwave extends, not the range in which you can place the shockwave. Shockwaves are listed as Shockwave 1, Shockwave 3 etc. That's the value.
