Long-Lost Cousin, range missing

While searching for some other things in the book, I noticed that one of the campaign upgrades is missing a range.  Then I spent a few minutes searching, trying to see if someone had asked about it earlier, and couldn't find the answer either.

Shifting Loyalties, page 21, from the Gremlin rewards

(0) Long-Lost Cousin (Ca 7 / TN: 15): If there are no friendly Totems in play, summon a Totem this Crew could hire.

There's no range specified for the summoning effect. 

Is there a range specified on the corresponding card in the campaign deck?

Nope. The printed card, at least for the printing available at GenCon 2015, has the same lack of range.

Hah! I even took that in the campaign and never noticed that it didn't specify a range. I simply Summoned into BtB with the Summoner but that is not, in fact, based on anything.
