4thstringer
So if perdita obeys a model to kill the Governor's Proxy, who takes the wp duel to avoid death?
Myyrä
The Wp duel is taken before the action has been fully resolved as it is taken when the Governor's Proxy is killed. Thus the player controlling the attacking model during the attack (i.e. the one doing the obeying) will resolve the Wp duel.
Freman
So cheat to fail the test and die.
Kapten Vendetta
Not that anyone would take the Proxy over the Enslaved Nephilim with Perdita...right? He's just so full of pushy goodness, that lil' slave.

Rurouni Benshin
Really? Could you point out where in the rule book that's found? That's intriguing.
ArcticPangolin
Pretty sure it's under the rules for Relenting. You can Relent when you are the target of an action by a model friendly to you. The duel required by killing the Governor's Proxy is a simple duel, rather than an opposed duel, so you are not being targeted by any model.
Bengt
Arctic is correct. The rules are in the "Attacking Friendly Models" box in the Opposed Duels section on pages 32-33. The Simple Duels section on pages 30-31 does not have a corresponding rule.
Tawg
As an aside, I believe you can only relent against friendly actions (Or models perhaps), anyways. Granted in this situation the two models would presumably be in the same Crew, counting each other as friendly. EDIT: I suppose that is implied by the title of "Attacking Friendly Models" as Bengt pointed out. I just glazed over that part though . All I know is, relenting is terribly useful with Sensei Yu pushing people around . The oddnesses that surround Obey effects and weird interactions on the other hand, don't seem to help anyone
