Dealing with Riders

Not sure what access 10T have to models that can disable defensive triggers, but that's a good place to start.

Other than that, you need to hit them hard early on. If you can put damage on them turns 1 and 2 it's a lot easier to rack up the wounds quickly before those triggers start climbing. Melee Masters, shooting, Locomotion Rail Golems... You get the point.

If it gets to turn 3 or 4 and they're still on half wounds or better, then you can forget about killing them the old fashion way without using a ton of AP to do it, and it's best to start trying to limit them.

One of my friends uses various riders fairly often.  I don't play 10T so I can't give good model specific advice, but in general:

just hit them as hard and as fast as you can.  Keep in mind that they get more powerful every turn, so the earlier you cripple or kill one, the smaller effect it will have on the game.  They're tough to ignore since they're so mobile, so that's not generally an option.
