  1. I'm gonna play some games of henchman hardcore to better understand the rules of ME3. Usally I play Molly and Forgotten. But I guess P&N aren't that good of choice for HH. So I thought I give Redchapel a try. Any recommondations what to pick are welcome! Painted models: Redchapel: Mme Sybylle, Copycat Killer, Rotten Belles, Dead Doxies Forgotten: Philipp&Nanny, Archie, Forgotten Marshall, Necrotic Machine, Rabble Riser, Rogue Necromancy, Night Terrors, Crooligans Versatile: Dead Rider
  2. Seems like a great decision! Welcome aboard!
  3. Cujo. The metal ring I painted after I took the photo.
  4. If you're just getting into dioramas I'd like to give you the IMO the most important advice: you cannot underestimate the importance of composition! I've seen a lot of pretty good painted diorams at conventions which didn't look as good as they could if there had been more thought on composition. Some "rules" are so easy to follow (never put stuff parallel to the base) but make a huge difference.
  5. Awesome. Maybe I'll build a diorama out of these. Too good!
  6. Next one. This the owner wanted to look like an ice golem.
  7. Gut, dass du das hier postest. Ich wollte mir den Podcast anhören, hab's aber wieder vergessen.
  8. This was my favorite! The gif is very small. Could you please post some pictures from different angles?
  9. I like the colors. If you want to improve I would suggest you focus on light and shadows ond the shapes. More to zenithal lightning. The red coat has a far to darkend fold spreading over parts wich would be more lightend.
  11. I did some fun painting for a friend in the last weeks. He uses the models for his own dungeon crawler so I was free in my color choices.
  12. Awesome! Looks far better than some MDF buildings you can buy!
  13. I was hoping for a full miatures game. But then I have so many of them at home and a quick set-up game hopefully will get a chance to be played more often.
  14. Awesome paintjobs! I love such details as the chart behind Big Brain Brin.
  15. Nicodemus - The Undead McMourning - The Sane Perdita - The Hesitant
  16. I wouldn't call this lazy. To paint a stucture like many litte feathers drybrushing can be the right technique for the task.
  17. Not much feedback but I wonder about the gap in Mdme Sybylles neck. You're such a good painter, did you just ignore the gap?
  18. Awesome! Thanks a lot. I guess I will read this many times now and in the future!
  19. Got some miniatures painted. Somewhere in 2020 I painted the Night Terrors. Forgot to post some pictures. And two weeks ago I painted Seamus and the Copycat Killer. Seamus was fun to paint. It took me 2 years to get him started because I really don't like these thingies on his knees. But as I nearly run out of models I gave him a shot. And he really was fun to paint - I'm really happy how he turned out. Very limited palette but still very vibrant colors. The green on his jacket and his trowsers is the same, but I added some yellowish green to highlight his jacket. And I mixed some of that purple in the shadows.
  20. Hand management is one thing I feel I don't get right. But everything will be highly appreciated! Thanks a lot for this guide!
