Just an FYI regarding the venue, the store is within an industrial unit next door to the Warrington Royal Mail depot, upstairs and first right. You will know you are at the right place as there is a Kung Fu academy and haridressers on the bottom floor occupying the window space. See you all on Sunday.

Quick update: Prize pack has been ordered based on the 16 player limit. Also updated the paid entrants. Good initial interest with some local players attending and plenty of interest (many checking for time off work etc)

Hi all, So it is with great pleasure I can announce my first tournament. This will take place on Sunday November 12th at Stormforge hobbies and games in Warrington, the store itself is really easy to get to as it is not far from the M62 motorway. Anyway the event itself will be a 16 player, 3 round, 50ss fixed faction tournament using the gaining grounds 17 pack. A guilder for each participating member will be awarded and there will be prize support in the form of Wyrd mystery boxes that will be raffled off at the end of the day. There will also be a trophy for the winner, the best painted crew and a lovely spoon for the unfortunate soul that comes last. The placings will be submitted to the rankings and wave 5 proxies will be considered if OK'd by myself prior to the event. Quick update we have changed the format of the league slightly to cater for people's availability. So all five games can be played at any point over the 5 week period as long as throughout you never play the same opponent twice. Currently there are 10 players in the league with some potential locals who may join up slightly later. For me only his rifle makes me think guild, the rest looks more like a traditional Japanese hunter/tracker. I guess he is a balance between the two but I would love a true guild themed tracker. There is some fluff from aaaagggges back where a guild tracker is escorting someone as a job. That is my image for the pathfinder.

For me I would like a Sonnia post cherufe. Alt pathfinder, one that looks more like a guild tracker rather than a 10T hunter, also with more dynamic traps. Non-Neverborn Tuco would be cool though pretty unsure what he could 'count as' guild wise (alt Abuela?) I will probably think of a few more in time

Hi all, After a successful influx of Malifaux players in the local area I am running a league to help the players get regular games in and to progress on a hobby front with their crews and factions. The league is open to anybody to join however so those who want to get a guaranteed game each week are more than welcome to participate. The league will start on the 11th September and the first games will be played from the 12th (store opening times). Basically the strategy and schemes will be announced each Monday and results need to be given to me by Saturday (early Sunday at the latest) so I can sort the next round of fixtures. There will be five rounds, wins will earn 2 points, draws 1 and a loss 0. There will be additional points available each week and the way to earn the additional points will be announced along with the strategies and schemes. The winner will receive a small mystery box. The league information will all be recorded via the Facebook event page set up. Also all the games are to be played at Stormforge hobbies and games. Awesome event, thanks Panzer for running it and Elessarion for helping him. Also thanks to my opponents Hutch, Paul Butler and baby Squig for three close and rather tense games. Top day, learned a lot and had a laugh. Well worth the trip.

Isn't the book due for general release end of Sept? No idea regarding the digital version sorry, I always pick up the physical copy.
