Thanks Akanous! No worries about derailing. I actually appreciate the info. I have so many random models I've picked up over time. Some given to me, some bought when they struck my fancy etc. That I have trouble remembering or keeping up with what they all are. I mistakenly assumed it was a horror, due to being mixed in and looking similar to others I have. Thanks for the info! I'll try to live through the shame of mislabeling him lol

Random "Pink Horror" (actually a Dark Legion Karnophage* thanks again for the info Akanous) I had lying around. I decided to finally paint him, while I wait for some paints to come in to finish my Justice crew. I usually tend to paint in darker or more drab colors, so it was fun to break away from that. He was painted quickly, but I like the way he turned out. I'd love to hear comments or suggestions.

It's a classic GW (or at least that's what I was told, I'd never seen it before either lol). Couldn't tell if it was pewter or full lead. My friend and his son have a nice mix of the new plastics, as well as classics (pewter and as far back as lead). He liked this one, and asked me to paint it. I happily obliged

They look to be some bases made by a company called "Secret Weapon". Great bases! I used the corpse ones on my Lilith crew, and I have the city rubble ones, that I'm using on my Justice crew. They have excellent detail, and look great painted! Hope that helps

Thought, I'd start a new thread since I paint other models, other than malifaux, sometimes as well. Don't want to mislead people into thinking they are only going to see one type when it could be any random model lol. I like posting here, because honestly, I trust this community's opinion. That, and they are generally great people! To start things out. Here is a model I am working on for a friend's son. He plays 40k, Sons of Medusa. So had to stick with that color scheme. The picture isn't great, but it should be ok.

I'm sure the community as a whole, will agree that we are all grateful for your tips and advice you have offered. I hope you are able to resolve your real life stuff in a positive way. Most of us have been there in one way or another, so we understand.

Thanks Underdog! Lilith is in major need of a retouch. I was never happy with her eyes, but I was waiting until I had a little more painting under my belt, for me to feel comfortable doing it. It's about time to give it a shot. Probably after I finish this crew I'm working on

Thanks Zfiend! I dunno why but when I first looked at the Judge my thoughts went straight to "cowboy" Vash the Stampede. So I painted him with that kinda in mind. Also, you're probably right about the 40k model lol. I just thought I'd post up my latest project for a friend, while I was working on the judge.

Hello all. It's been awhile since I've posted. Been pretty busy as of late. Thought I'd come back and post my latest project. This is a model a friend asked me to paint for him. I'm pretty proud of him, but I would love some feedback from you guys! While, not a malifaux model, I still enjoyed painting him.

Well, I've been MIA for awhile, but I'll hopefully have some new models up in a couple days. My wifes puppy decided to chew through the power cord (into 20 pieces) to my light last week. So I haven't done much painting, but I'm going to repair it tomorrow. So wish me luck..

Excellent job MaliDave!! Ive been thinking about buying this one, just because it looks like a blast to paint.

First I want to apologize for the following horrible pictures lol. My camera and lighting would not cooperate. I'll try to get some more with better lighting soon. Quite a few highlights are washed out. The skin is actually a light skin tone and highlighted, and the hair is shaded and highlighted with red and oranges (in the pic it looks crayola red and all one shade for some reason). Lastly I'm not quite happy with her eyes yet, but that's on me, not the camera . Anyway, without further excuses...Finally here is Lilith along with a group shot. Comments and critiques are appreciated!

Been a busy weekend, so didn't do much painting. Also trying to decide on a color scheme for Lilith. Hopefully, will finish her in a day or 2. Then on to Lady Justice's box set. Quite looking forward to it!
