At 35ss I would usually run between 3 and 5, they are really cheap and work really well, if you need to get objectives with them I say the more the merrier. Bete is good, not so sure for novice player (but I started using her when I was a novice so do what you want, you will just have a bit more of a learning curve). You just ned to pay attention to when you get her to come out (when they kill you as she can then activate without retaliation most of the time) and keep a 10 of anything in your hand and she is unkillable. The threat of Bete can also play in your opponents mind too. Purchases wise I think you would be best off getting the 2 packs of dogs along with Bete, I have found a Belle and a few Necropunks also work nicely with the good doctor and you can definitely get a good swarm going backed up by some heavy hitters

I did suffer from burnout about 18months ago and really I just learnt not to put a hard deadline on things plus always have soemthing else lined up, I am generally scuplting/assembling some other models on the side. I started painting in the morning before work for about 20-30min a day whilel I was waiting for my wife to get ready and found that eliminated pressure to get things done plus put me in a good mood and my eyes werent already tired after a long day at work. Usually I also try and paint models in a way that I do the ones I least want to do or Have to do first and then reward myself, at the moment I am finishing my Lady J crew and then rewarding myself with my Rogue Necromancy

All the pics came out well Massaen! It was a very fun tourney, it was great to have all the crews painted and playing on some fanatistic tables as well.

I'm really torn between Seamus and the good doctor ... I think I will go for McMourning as he can play a lot of different games and is a really fun master to play

I love it and summon him regularly, the range from acid is a beautiful thing and once its out its very easy for McMourning to get back into play (only needing an additional 2 body parts more than its drops via corpses). He has a good Cb and some additional little effects and abilities that really add value for McMourning. Its one of the reasons I converted up my own.

Come join us, the dead dont argue back, we have freedom and we more fun. Plus I mean with the inevitability of death and the Gorgon on our side who do you think is going to come out on top.... plus theres nothing that cant be solved by adding more zombie hookers

Ratty is right, however the Hanged and a Grave Spirit are a great combo and one that I have been using for a while, it is an extremely effective tank.

Well I had so much of a problem my wallet is in the hands of my wife, now I need to to pimp out my painting services in exchange for crews, however I am finishing all my painting before I do that though, so at least its good motivation.

I really like your style, thats a nice lot of models. The blue and yellow works extremely well

I would go Kirai, there are a couple of models that work well for her and Seamus so it can give a bit more flexibility in crew construction. I am eagerly waiting for Molly too.

Lady J or the Vikkys vs Seamus, add in McMourning as a side character along with Molly. Seamus I think is almost the perfect psycho villain who is also slighty comedic (in a Wyrd way)

Well Rath, it seems as if we keep some things in common with what crews we are doing. I have Levi and Lady J and am looking at branching out to Marcus as well. I have abstained from voting but think Levi or Marcus would be best for you (and having played you a few times). Marcus is a toolbox and I think he might have a little steeper learning curve and getting his activation sequence right but I can see some really nice combos and he seems as if he can complete a lot of starts and schemes and can take on a wide variety of masters being able to exploit a few things too. Levi to me just looks fun and the fact he has such a wide minion pool to choose form means whilst he will pretty well keep doing the same thing how his crew operates around him will vary greatly.

No Killjoy is missing his icecream and flowers, they are secretly his two favourite things (just ask Rathnard)

I ahve used the Vallejo colours Black Grey and Red Beige mixed together then increasing the amount of Red Beige in the mix.

Quite nice, the skin looks a little flat but all the rest looks quite good. Maybe a very thinned down wash of a purply colour to help bring out some definition on the skin? Good job for your first minis.

I have had a lot of success using all the WP tricks Seamus has at his disposal and found the Hanged to be quite a valuable addition, I would say more so than Sebastian and some dogs.
