A blast that would have been at for its cast and have been reduced by Snow Storms Bulletproof 3... Snow Storm is nigh impervious to shooting and could potentially heal back up when it kills something. Still I think the +2Wd is going to help alot in 'making it worth it', just don't approve of your example.. xD Ironically I think that one of the problems it might have is it's speed, while it adds alot to other models in the crew Snow Storm itself can't move that far and still do damage, but we'll see Hace had it on preorder for a while.. Shoud be sent soon I hope

The wording changed slightly in the rules manual. It was somewhat ambigious before (and what you're saying was the general consensus on it), but the current RAW is certainly like Goblyn said. No matter how you hire him, Johan still has the Mercenary trait on his card.

That ability goes like this: I have no Hamelin -> I can't take Nix Not like: I have Hamelin -> I can take Nix Ie. it doesn't allow you to include Nix if you couldn't have done so otherwise, it prevents you from hiring him if you could have, but don't have Hamelin. Currently Nix can only be taken by Hamelin the Plagued or Kirai with Hamelin the Ratcatcher.

Kaeris' "Turn it Up!" removes :tomes from your Cb making it unreliable to trigger it more than twice If you couldn't trigger it twice in the first place however, it'd make no sense for it to remove the :tomes. So there's a case in point..

They can all be bought in Wyrds webstore Shipping cost can be a little stiff though, but if you order along with some friends and split it it won't be so bad. There's also Gencon coming up soon, so if you want the new rules/stuff and/or this years LE figures you'd have to order from them anyway, so now's actually a good opportunity to update the cards. I intend to do the same

All three of them should work fairly well actually. Both Lilith and Pandora are able to mostly hold their own aswell, and both of them share a fair amount of minions with the Dreamer.

Ropetus is a rules marshal... It's been asked and answered before aswell though, so you could probably find it with a search if you for some reason believe you need another reference.. Damage causing Ratcatcher and Rats to die simultaneously => you remove them all at once and none of them are affected by the others' death. If however the Ratcatcher survives with even a single Wd he'd heal from the dying Rats and summon new ones.. So if you go for blasts against the Swarms you better do it properly or it's rather futile (unless you're in a Slaughter), as all it does is grant him more activations Edit: And yes, you can heal back up with a Slow to Die action and circumnavigate death.. So to be fair Ropetus probably could have said something like: "You cannot heal dead models that have already been removed from the game so no saving the Rat Catcher with rat healing." For everything to be perfectly clear.

No that is very wrong. You select one Master (or Henchman) in a Scrap and one or two Masters in a Brawl. You can include: 1 - Models from your chosen Faction. 2 - Models that can join other models already chosen (Marcus can for instance bring Beasts from any faction and Hamelin the Ratcather lets you take a Ht1 Model from any Faction ect.). 3 - Up to two Mercenaries (from any faction, there is no 'Mercenary Faction', not all Outcasts are Mercenaries and not all Mercenaries are Outcasts). Unless otherwise specified models from out of Faction costs +1 SS, not double.' Edit: There's a PDF of the manual to be found on the left by the way.

Page 71 of the manual: Leaders - In a Scrap, the player must choose one Master or a Henchman belonging to the chosen factions as the Crew's leader. - In a Brawl, blablabla... At least one of those must belong to the player's chosen Faction, ... So you can't do it in Scraps and must include another Master aswell when doing it in Brawls.

From the context I think it's fairly obvious that it's models targetting the Lawyer who receive the additional . You would still receive the however, so in the end you'll just have the normal when you Focus or Channel against a Lawyer.

Yes. Not unless the two models actually are in combat.. Friendly models are never in combat with each other. (Very Late Edit: Unless they are both also in combat with an enemy..) You're probably confusing it with the Grave Spirits Strength from Below ability or something like that
