Miniature-based boardgame a la Space Hulk, but in the Helldorado universe. It's quite fun, albeit it requires less minutiae than Space Hulk. The pre-paints are decent. Could use a wash and some highlights, but the details aren't covered (at least not that I can see from the minis in front of me). The game's due on Dec 10th, I sent a review to the TGN crew, hopefully that'll be posted before the release.

Arg - I'd love to apply as an active demoer but the my job wouldn't allow it (as it would be a conflict of interests), so I'll just have to be content with playing the occasional game.

Nice to finally see it become available. Enjoy the book, guys.

It's meant to be a board game, so it does require squares, but you CAN play it with miniatures.

Seanchan or somesuch, innit? Yeah - was looking over their models at Gencon and thinking to myself that had they been 10-20$ cheaper I would've grabbed the whole lot...

One way or another, I can't wait for the next book (or Wyrd Chronicles, if any are released before that).

Je vais avouer que j'ai tendance à éviter de m'inscrire sur des forums parce que je suis déjà inscrit sur tant d'entre eux, mais bon, cette fois-ci, c'est pour une bonne cause. Je m'inscrirai a mon retour de Gencon, quand j'aurai le livre de règles en main... . Err... So Nathan, remind me to talk to you for a bit during Gencon about getting the specific game terms and names officially translated into French (might as well lay down the groundwork for expansion into future markets....).

What's the point of working part-time in a game store if you can't push the good stuff on to customers?

What I'm curious about is "what about if you've bought boxed sets before then or have gotten old boosters without those redemption cards"?
