First orders of Winter Wonderland are now starting to go out - we'll be doing so sporadically over the week as product comes in batches. In the mean time, Angel has gotten a hold of the resin himself and starts to paint ..

Android is live - IOS is being fast tracked for approval. Apple loves to approve and oversee everything.

Contact customer service. Normally it would cause a delay in the processing of your order as someone has to change things up, but in this case ... not so much an issue due to said delay already happening.

They don't come pre-based. Beasts in the Box (Wendigo) go on a 30mm. You can use all or one, whatever.

If you put a note in there before checkout - it's there (I've had a dozen customer service e-mails asking about that today alone). That being said, if you're truly worried about it, you can send a customer service e-mail and I'll be happy to check it for you and confirm.

Send a message to customer service and if it gets in to them before they start processing them, it's usually an easy sort. If it's after they start sorting - you might end up with a random or longer processing time as they have to pull and 'touch' your order. I'm working customer service today trying to sort anything and everything before the folks come in on Monday so ... now is your best chance.

The box will be a limited release. As of last year or so, we decided to stop doing prereleases as a way to help out the brick and mortar stores that carry our products. We have three different core demographics for our products: those that love assembling our miniatures but don't play the game, those that love playing the game but don't like to assemble miniatures, and the "Alpha Wyrdos" who love assembling our miniatures and then getting them out onto the table. Our core Malifaux products require a fair bit of assembly, and that's not going to change anytime in the near future. The Twisted Alternatives line of preassembled plastic lets us offer some fun alternative models to that second demographic of player that doesn't want to spend their time gluing each individual strand of hair to Yan Lo's chin. No matter which group you fall into, we hope that you can at least understand our attempts to offer some fun preassembled miniatures to folks that don't like model assembly (or to those who just like the idea of samurai turtles and killer snowmen). Different strokes for different folks and all that. This Rasputina box doesn't include an adventure booklet: it's just the models. On another note, we'll have a list of goodies out for next week's Black Friday / Company Birthday sale come Monday afternoon. Right now, everyone's off at PAX Unplugged to show off Malifaux, the Other Side, and board games to the masses. If you're down in Philadelphia, swing on by the booth to say hello!

Suggest you contact Apple or Google - we don't control any of that. I also have no need to steal your money - thanks for the knee jerk reaction and automatic personal insult.

It's like any other Google or IOS app - if you own it in Google Play Store and your device is linked to that account, it will open it. If it's linked to the Apple IOS store, then it'll be linked to whatever Iphone or Ipad that you have tied to that account.

If you come across a glitch, bug, or outright error - use the contact us form to send in a report for the devs and we'll see about sorting things. We understand upon initial release, there will be ones we've missed or tablets/phones that we didn't have access to when testing - y'all letting us know helps us sort it. Thanks.

Seriously folks, don't need to tell us it's not available in your area. We're aware that it was region locked. It has been 'unlocked', now it's just going to take a bit of time to populate across all places. Give it a few hours. And no, it doesn't unlock across multiple platforms. If you're downloading from Google Play store, it'll work on anything accessing that. If you're downloading from the IOS Apple store, it'll unlock across your Iphones/Ipads.
