Interesting work, but I think there is not enough contrast.

Love the foliage on the tree.  The paint looks like the model is lit from beneath.  Very cool!

Don't really sure that you needed the tree) Wonderful!

Nice idea, the light from below looks quite strong, yet the upper parts are eaqually highlighted. So more extreme shadows there would set the dark and grim mood more. Very nice idea and execution though.

nice work the osl is quite effective, but the "source" could have been just touch brighter to even sell it more - but over all well executed.

Love the scene...color choice, the tree, brushstrokes...everything looks great.

Very, very high-quality and beautiful work, but because of the large number of photos it is difficult to see it. One or a collage of the two best photos would look better, especially in the audience vote. 
In general, looking through the gallery carefully, I came to the conclusion that a good photo is no less important for winning an online painting contest than good brushwork. And maybe even more.
