Mike3838
Hi, I always read it as Copp-eel-i-us, kinda like Cornelius, but I'm hearing a lot of people saying Copp-ell-i-us. Could someone in authority make a ruling please? Cheers, Mike

Murphy'sLawyer
Wow - impressive de-railment of my question there Nathan! I'm still curious though. MikeI think he was correcting the pronunciation of the first part of the name in his Nathan like way. He is just a lot of fun. So if my Nathan translator is working right my last post should be right. Cow-peel-i-ous Then again Nathan can be cryptic so correct me if I'm wrong. Q'iq'el
It's a latinized name, isn't it? In such case "ppe" pronounces like in "pet" (ε is the phonetic notation I think) and, "o" like in "pot" and "u" like "oo". Kohpεlioos
