Monkey Posted October 8, 2009 Author Report Share Posted October 8, 2009 love her stockings- great job on the colors too. wanted a strong theam for the full crew.... so the garmin and golum will be the same color as the sash/belt part. and the cats are the same color as her dress. Mix it up to a firm yet wet paste ( add more flock to dry it out and more pva to make it wetter.) once you have the area on the base covered you want dust with more flock and allow to dry.
