DangerousBeans
Very cool. Although isn't this about the 3rd or 4th incarnation of Azhag?
supervike
Very cool. Although isn't this about the 3rd or 4th incarnation of Azhag? With GW, everything old is always new again!
Breten
Only 2nd. The previous model was a generic Orc Warlord on Wyvern.
EricJ
Not a bad model at all honestly...strangely what shocked me the most was that I had forgotten how many darn stats models in GW games had, lol!
thewartoad
I really like the re-sculpt...but $82.50!!! Forget It!!!!
zombied00d
But sir, they are the "Cadillac of Miniature companies"
DeafNala
The new Azhag IS a VERY cool mini, but MUCH TOO EXPENSIVE for an impoverished old coot like moi. :puppy:
DangerousBeans
Holy crap I didn't notice the price tag! I'd really resent paying £50 for this model when they're just going to release another one, probably better, in a few years! How can they justify that cost? Especially since the wings are their generic plastic wings! I'm not having a dig, I'm just curious.
torcathmk2
Given that it's been ten years since the last 'Orc on a Wyvern' was released and nearly twenty since Azhag himself, thinking that this new incarnation will be replaced in a few years is stretching it a bit. £50 is expensive, I agree, but no more so than most armies large centrepiece units, even in ranges outside GW. It's also worth noting that the model is entirely metal, those wings are not the generic plastic wings. Perhaps it would've been better if they were, if that meant the price came down. Personally I love the model and will be buying it.
Nathan Caroland
The only thing that came to mind for me was that they should have put this on a different background - that white makes it disappear.
Kyle1.0
I have allways hated the big hero on giant monter. I think that was when I stoped playing GW games.
McNs
Awesome Wyvern; the Orc just isn't doing it for me. I agree with Nate; the background color/photography don't seem to be doing this any justice, which adds to the sticker shock I'm sure.
