Incorporeal vs Burning Path

Busling

Question

Wanyudo charges through an Incorporeal model; and they fail the TN12 Mv duel from his 'Burning Path' ability. Does Incorporeal prevent the 1 damage?

His burning path ability states "After resolving an Action in which this model moved through one or more other models, those models must each pass TN12 Mv duel or suffer 1 damage and gain Burning +1".

Incorporeal states "Reduce all damage this model suffers from Attack Actions by 1, to a minimum of 0".

Is it that the Charge is a move action followed by an action attack. In this case the move/charge action does the damage and hence Incorporeal does not protect the model?

or is it that the Charge is an attack action and hence Incorporeal reduces the damage to 0?

Regardless it appears that the model gains burning +1.
