astapable Posted August 15, 2020 Author Report Share Posted August 15, 2020 My next goal is to paint Brutal Emissary which is epic miniature. I got him from the secondary market and it was expected that the mouldlines cleaned badly. . The coffin also missed so I had to decide whether to scratch build it or not. Changed the cage for large scroll, which was real fun to convert and decided not to add anything that could substitute the coffin. astapable Posted August 24, 2020 Author Report Share Posted August 24, 2020 It’s time for update on my emissary progress. Today I finished the main work on scroll (still need to choose scripts for it) and sword. The sword went kind of rusty as planned so I really happy on my work with metallics and glazes. The scroll took some real time as I didn’t even imagine how I want it to be painted. So I started with base colour, then some lighter layer and started to glaze it.
