Am I right, assuming that there is no need to pass Wp duels when you charge a model with manipulative?

Charge isn't an Attack Action, is it? I mean, you TARGET a model during charge action, not during attacks actions.

Manipulative only works against attacks and charge is a tactical action so you declare abd move before needing to take the duels for the attacks.

Each action generated needs to declare a target (even if it is fixed) so you would need to pass manipulative for each hit but ou can complete the move without a duel.

No. Manipulative happens when targeted by an Attack action. Charge is a Tactical action. You need to flip for Attack actions generated by that charge though, since they are Attack actions.
