jondoe297 Posted May 26, 2016 Report Share Posted May 26, 2016 Isle of Faux 3 In conjunction with Mike Marshall I will be running a 50SS Fixed Faction/Dual faction single master event at the Grumpy Goblin Gaming Emporium (Ramsgate) Address: 44-46 High St, Ramsgate, Kent CT11 9AG It will take place on the 9th of July for the knock out price of £10 Payable to 1983bjc@gmail.com Max entrants will be 32 Rules There is no painting requirement, however if you field any unpainted models you will be illegible for the painting prize. Proxies, are fine and dandy however bring official models just in case your opponent isn’t so happy to play against them. (Unless of course the model doesn’t exist yet) Round times will be 10:00 – 10:30 Registration 10:30 -12:30 Game 1 (this includes 15 minutes set up and 105 minutes playing time) 12:30 – 13:00 Lunch 13:05 – 15:05 Game 2 (as above) 15:20 – 17:20 Game 3 (as above) 17:30 Results, any prizes and fond farewells or beer and food depending on what people are up to. Prizes will depend on sign ups however the plan is to have: A wyrd event pack (resplendent with the precious guilders) 1st, 2nd and 3rd trophies Obligatory spoon Best in faction Best team trophy Painting prize (prob a trophy of some description) Strategy and deployment will be available before the event. Most likely a fortnight before so keep eyes peeled! Schemes will be released on the day they will be the ‘new’ GG2016 ones There is a free multi story car park in the town as well as numerous car parks slightly closer. The train station is about a 10 minute walk away. There is no food included, but there is an onsite café and the town if you want other choices. Ive prob missed something so any questions feel free to ask!
