Our group is a bunch of jerks, myself included, because "it's us" - if the spotlight player dropped the ball, they would never hear the end of it... myself included lol
They like the unexpected, and being made to think on their feet rather than knowing its going to be someone's chance to shine. Keeps everyone on their toes, and make sure no one gets to take a break from the action. We had that problem in another system - if it wasn't Stealth or sniper shots, he wasn't involved, and became more of live NPC than party member. Now, everyone contributes every session, even if it's just some toolbox skill rolls.
