  1. It's a shame you can't get the official cards anywhere else then Wyrd, as the shipping costs are unproportianally high.
  2. Ah, I see I have an old stat card then. Is there another way to get the updated stat cards then through the Wyrd online store? $2,50 for stat cards, $19,50 shipping is just silly.
  3. It doesn't on my card for Sonnia...
  4. Edit: her blast spell does have a icon... Played a game against Rasputina with my Sonnia last saturday, and totally wrecked the ice witch. She ended up a Witchling Stalker
  5. The Pullmyfinger wiki has the following written about starting up a Seamus crew. I find the Pullmyfinger wiki invaluable to discover which models work good with other models. There's a text like this written for every master. From: Seamus, buildin a crew
  6. Welcome back We also have a very small Malifaux community, which is a problem if you want to get a lot of games under your belt. Rasputina and crew looks very nice, and you are allready making some terrain! Nice!
  7. The crystals are a nice addition to Rasputina, she looks very manacing!
  8. I like them a lot, they are very characterful!
  9. Looking very good! Are you planning on painting the Belle's with a similar painting scheme?
  10. I had the same question when I started playing Sonnia. The wording isn't intuitive. This is how it works. Another question I had was if that would turn out that the original target is no longer under the template, does he still take damage? Hope that helps!
  11. I would indeed like more Witchling Stalker sculpts for those created with violition of magic, or just fielding more then three. Also another mannequin/performer sculpt would be welcome!
  12. That's a good answer for the Ht question for blasts. What about the LoS? Would seem unlogical if you can draw LoS like that...
  13. No d20 please! The fluff and game system should be integrated.
  14. A fun read! My Colette is on order, and I can't wait to field her and make some mannequins.
  15. I also printed the Ratty counters on A4. Then glued the counters to Wyvern cards (which are the same quality as Magic the Gathering cards). After that I cut them out, and voila, a nice set of counters. I am not sure, but it looks like the Ratty counters should be small enough to be glued inside slotta bases, but not sure on that (no tape measure here). All my counters in there nice snuggly box: On this pic some of the backs of the counters, pieces of the back-side of the Wyvern cards
  16. I got them all painted, except those on order, ofcourse
  17. I have started Malifaux with Sonnia. On my blog there are a couple of pictures of the crew painted. The pictures came out very dark. So I slapped together a light box, as detailed by the WHFM blog. That yielded the following pictures, which must better show the painting job on my miniatures When the other miniatures I ordered arrive, I can start painting them and add to this thread. This is my first real attempt at painting to a high(er) standard. So far what I have painted where quick jobs, as the armies had 100+ models in 'em. Comment and criticism is more then welcome!
  18. Some guys at my local gaming club tend to try out a lot of games. I am/was a big Warhammer player, and never really understood why they played games like Helldorado and some pirate miniature game. Most of these games are short lived, as they are either discontinued, or after the initial release are very badly balanced. I noticed them playing Malifaux for quite a time, and one of the clubmembers mentioned really wanting to introduce it to other players. I tried a game, playing Viktoria vs Raspy, ending in a dramatic draw where all models where dead. Loved it! Then played another game with Sonnia vs Pandora, and noticed that the rules are really good. Even though we made so many mistakes So, after reading through almost the entire pullmyfinger wiki, following the forums on my rss, I am now into the game with Sonnia, and there's a rulebook, cards, Lady Justice and Colette on order. Also love the fluff and would love to get better at painting, something I just can't put myself to for Warhammer, having to paing 100+ models for just 1k pts games (I play tyranids and empire...).
  19. When I try to upload an image for my group I get the message 'unable to save image'. It doesn't matter if I try to add the image through an URL or through an upload, the message is the same. The image I am trying to add is this one, for a group for Dutch Malifaux players: Note that adding images to this post, and to a blog entry of mine earlier, works fine. Is this a known problem? The biggest thing is that a group wont shop up in lists until it has a group image. And I would like to gather all Malifaux Dutchies to this group
  20. Your painting skills are superb! I really like them!
  21. When I was looking at McMourning I had a list just like that! You might want to get both two-packs of canine remains, the way I understood it, they are very good with McMourning. You could get the Seamus Crew instead of the Rotten Belles. Its a small extra price, but gives you another master to play with.
  22. The link for download isn't working for me - file not found error. I did find the turn deck at the Tabletop Geeks download page here: http://tabletopgeeks.com/wp-content/downloads/malifaux/misc/PFgame-turn-cards.pdf For my turn deck I printed the pdf, cut them out, and printed them at the backside of old Wyvern cards I had lying around (same size as Magic cards). They fit almost exactly. Then I put them in coloured sleeves, covering the backside of my turn deck (which are Wyvern card fronts) yielding me a nice turn deck! Especially given I ran out of yellow ink, colouring the cards a nice Neverborn purple
  23. Thanks for the nice read! It informs me as a player interested in this crew, and will help a lot when I face the crew on the table!
  24. Nice, always good to know the odds of somerhing succeeding or not. On a side note: wouldn't is be enough to run the test vs TN 54 times (once with each card) and the opposed duel 54*54 times? That's once for each possibility. You would get true averages that way.
