Well there is a number of players in the south east (Canterbury and thanet) who would be interested in an event I reckon. Plus the London mob Will keep a look out if an event does comes up. Not trying to start a debate, but the malifaux tournament community sees hardly any if not none of what you describe about the other games at a tournament level. That's a comment from experience at a lot of differnent levels of event (within malifaux)

Do you guys run events? I have seen other game events run by 1066 but no faux (tournies etc) is that something in the future?

in turf war im a fan of guardian, lazarus and a metal gamin, for some robot loving! df 6 double positive defense for lazzie makes him pretty survivable to most situations

Flesh constructs are diamond! Dead doxies are ace too! Necropunks as already covered! Mech rider always a winner Soul stone miner, tasty for the extra stones as well Miss step is a nice beater, but not always necessary! There are others but I rarely stray from these, and I have a little experience with levy

Yet to use the desi engine my self, (summoned him once for lols at a tournie) Can't see huge mileage out of him, but guess different playstyles. Right scheme pool, ashes and dust with scramble is pretty tasty. Johanna and sue are two models I like to take if deployment type is either close or flank. Taelor is creeping into more of my lists Soulstone miner as well (again depending on strat and schemes Rat catcher and obedient wretch is a new one I have been looking at to create a mini rat summoning list

My core upgrades for levy in any strat/scheme bar reckoning and collect the bounty is; Desolate soul, oath keeper and a pariah, Have swapped in scramble for pariah to shake things up. I tend to run anchor heavy where possible for maximum flexibility. Minimum 4. I find flesh constructs great anchors for 6 stones and can be taken with either pariah. Mechanical rider is a strong choice for most strats.

There is a danger in some regards that this good be more of a popularity vote than anything else. Which like menioned could cause in advertent bad feeling and alieniate a player that was passed over? But on the flipside, it's good that a system has been put together that tries to encompass the fair play and etiquette sides of the game and puts an almost equal weighting to the ability at the game I think either way will have its supporters and naysayers. But big thumbs up Greg for stepping up and putting something together (What a long and wishy washy post ha ha)
