Keep it up man! Malifaux was my first mini game and also my first mini painting experience! I've been at it for a couple of years and I'm even a henchmen. Solid work! Much better than my first minis that's for sure!

I'm going to have to try that one out soon.

So half the power in my house has been out for 2-3 weeks until about 2 days ago. We had something wrong with our breakers and wiring. Its fixed now thanksfully but what that means is I can take some pictures of my minis I have been working on lately!

nice effect the only thing I could see going wrong is if your gaming table is wobbly.. BB's everywhere

Seamus was also my intro into malifaux! He is a blast to play especially with that flintlock hes got on him. Canine remains are usually better suited with mcmourning. Onryo are fun and can work well. It just depends on who your opponent is. If you do end up gettin bette noir just remember to save a really high card so she can bury again and heal her wounds and come back later.

dude those rugs are awesome! How did you make those? I want to steal your idea...if thats ok of course.

We will see what the future holds. I hope for a rework of some models. I don't remember te last time I actually fielded the copy cat killer. But this hobby is also about collecting for some people. It is for me. It's my first real collection of anything. So it doesn't bother me too much.

Hmmmm that is a good question. Thanks for the diagram. Very helpfull I managed to get my guys together. It their heads hats and cloth flaps aren't the prettiest. Oh well. They are a bit misaligned and I should have shaved off the plastic tab/dot things to fit better. A good paint job will clean it right up I hope.

The heads and HUD have no numbers and are very tiny and finnicky. I honestly have no ideas which head matches up to which cloth thing.

I read somewhere the best way to put together the archers but I can't find it. I am having a difficult time as there are no numbers or letters to indicate what goes with what. Any advice? Im having particular trouble with the heads, hats, and hanging cloth things

I painted these guys about 6 or 7 months ago. These are my friends mini's from ohio. I wonder if I can find the finished Collodi somewhere but I dont know if I have it.

I have been working on Mcmourning as my project this week for painting. I started him a few days ago and got some simple base layers. Nothing definitive, I need a few more base layers for things like the claws, gloves, boots, and thing on his head. I did a wash on cloak for fun. I plan on making his lab coat light green like medical scrubs. Here is after my night of work taken after a few good movies and chillin.

Painting with friends sounds like fun sadly I dont havent anyone else to paint with near me. The pile of Non-painted minis just keeps piling up. Especially with Gencon stuff coming in (hopefully) soon. Any good audio book or audio drama suggestions? Balls deep into Enders game right now. My favorite book of all time btw. Ive read it too many times!

Is this for any height? Let's say I have a sniper up in a tower 5 inches up. As long as he is within one inch of the edge he can see within the shadow?

Didn't know where else to put this really but anyways. I really enjoy painting. It just takes me a really long time. I can get burnt out painting every night. What do you do so you don't get burnt out on it. I seem to paint in spurts. I'll paint a whole bunch for two or three weeks then take a week or two off. And the cycle continues. The bad part about this is I can never get a fully painted crew all at once. Audiobooks have been helping lately. I just got the Internet in 6 months and have not listened to a single podcast ever. I'm ready!

I havent played him yet. He's travelling right now. But, if possible, I want the twins in with him and his gamblers. They cant utilize brillance but they are some damn good models.

I enjoy the crooked men too! My favorite thing they can do is place the shafted marker. It can be a nice trap deterrent for blocking charge lanes or objectives. Especially if there is alot of terrain.

Read some tactics to defeat thine enemy!

I'm pretty pumped to listen to some podcasts! I just got internet, for my desktop, for the first time in a half a year!
