I don't have book 3 yet, but fluff wise, it seems to make abit of sence, cerbs, at least for me, I automatically link to being with Marcus, now rasputina has her own puppy

I'm yet to play it out, but is also advise coryphee, throw them frozen heart and there's a fairly quick objective grabber aswell as a decent shock troop. Id put snowstorm as a must in your average 35+point game, I think the best advice for any new players would be to Allways keep your objectives in mind, with rasputina you can find yourself lacking movement, meaning the last turn is generally not enough time to snatch objectives last minute.. Hey, For the 'pult advice, with Mr somer I'd go with 2 rats, 2skeeters, a Taxidermist and obv the pult.. havnt really got time to explain, but im sure you can see the synergy.. Also, expensive as it is, taxi and pult.. totally worth it! SS!

I'm just gonna repeat what's been mentioned above, The books barely hit the shelf (still waiting for mine in the UK) and there's allready theory faux bashing, perhaps the question is not, 'why does crew a have this? its soo op' but more 'how do I manoeuvre this to my advantage?' If you want an auto win list, there's some out there, but if the cards aren't with you/you play a rigid list of tactics there will Allways be something to do you.. Besides 1 model does not a crew make.. SS!

Hopefully this will help: An ability that states a specific range, I.e shatter says X inches, are unaffected by it, Spells etc which have a statline, I.e rg=X are affected.. *hopes he has it right* SS!

Shatter is a pulse, so you can't extend the range... Unfortunately SS

Yea, Deffinately don't take 2lilitu and nekima.. just makes you a horrificly bad person..

The waldergeist's spell says place, so I would assume you could put it any rotation as long as its still with range.. as for the other questions.. il leave that to some one else.. Ss

Well my current list is: 'Tina, EoP, 3 gamlins, Golem Acolyte, But I have just orderd 2 silent ones and snowstorm, I'm more of a gremlin player but as my base of opponents isnt many I have a few crews, I have about 50 or 60 stones of the lil blighters and wanted to expand my raspy crew, especially after watching her go in a relativly new players hands.. Thanks for the input, il aim to get a desperate merc of maybe a gunsmith? Once iv invested in some spiders.. SS!

Piglets aren't gremlins, so surely you could use pull my finger on them, that way you can afford to keep somer slightly back.. SS!

Afternoon, Having ran a beginer game last week, where I used my two neglected crews for the guys to get a feel, watching tina go made me remember just why I bought her in the first place. So, going back to the book, I spotted that the resistance to her spells are pretty much all def, so here's the question: has anyone had much success with adding an arachnid swarm to her list? I normally field 3 gamlins and am considering a straight swap for the lil spider blighters.. Any ideas on pro' and con's? SS!

Can seamus take grave spirit? The guy in my group takes him but says as seamus isn't undead he can't like and get the armour... Are we missing something?

Welcome to the bayou! I picked Orphelia's crew after my first game, takes a lil getting used to but they'r awesome fun to play, I was also tempted with Mr Jones but I don't regret my decision to run the la croix's at all.. As mentioned above, throw in some young'ns, some slop haulers and a few standard gremlins and Youv got your self a mighty crew, the bonus of the la croix family, I feel, is the ability to alpha strike with the family, but with the cheapness of the other minions it very rarely leaves you being out activated after you dish out the pain. Would advise reading pull my fingers tactica, there's a load of links in my earlier post about tips and tricks for gremlins, also.. remember you objectives.. very easy to get carried away.. Hehe SS!

I had a lil play with a nico list the other day, Nico, 1 vulture Mortimer, Sebastian, 2 bells, 1 canine, Feel free to blast it.. but if all goes well you could summon that necro hydra beastie turn 2ish..

Correct! Although the Taxidermist /pigapult does work, I highly recommend taking the extra gremlins.. unless your playing deliver message.. SS!

Hey! He took 6 molemen.. that's whole lot of armour! Besides..gremlins aren't THAT bad.. not like the can auto lure or anything..

Wow! Was just saying to my opponent last night that gremlins could do with a merc or a heavy hitter.. both! It's like Xmas!

Evening all, Been playing my la croix crew a little while and gotta say how much I love them! Even if I do get carried away and forget about my objectives.. it's the 'shine I reckon.. So what I'm wondering is, what tips tricks and down right swamp rotten plays have people got? Weaknesses and strengths, auto includes, unusual selections.. everything.. generally play 40ss but in true 'faux fashion its only my cash flow that's stopping me, momentarily at least, from owning a lot more.. Well taelor can't one hit any of the la croix's and after her first damaging strike, wouldn't be in melee range for a follow up.. unless she got to activate first, and I mean the first activation of the turn.. due to squee.. My point is that yes he's expensive the flexibility he has is worth it, SS!

Completely understandable, bit of a shame, but if there's any thoughts of it coming back, theres 4 or 5 of us well up for providing you guys some reading material..and when your done, loo paper.. think of all the money you'l save! SS!
