Something gone wrong in a few days back. It's not working with Ophelia and kin, and now I can select everything leveticus can with her. There are no slop haulers when I select Ophelia as master...

I'd say you get 8 Vp, and your opponent -2 *as there are two schemes that can give you penal points. So if anyone want to give you advantage on purpose, they'll check twice before they agree to get -2. AND PLEASE NEVER ENFORCE A PLAYER TO PLAY WHEN HE/SHE WISHES TO QUIT. If something similar happened to me, I'd never play in that club again. NEVER.

Gremlins are the way to go, at least IMO. They are so well sculpted, have great rules, they are fun, and with Ophelia they can win easily anything that opponent takes.

When you shuffle your deck in manner of just turning couple of cards from one side to another, the deck will come in almost the same order before shuffling. I mtg it's forbidden, and penalty for that is either game loss or dissqualification if doing so on purpose (cheating). I use the MTG method for malifaux as well. Two people shuffle their own decks. Then each other present another the decks, and they can shuffle. After that you can shuffle again, but then the opponent must do shuffling of your deck as well. Then if you cut the deck, your opponent get to do the same on your deck afterwards. So before the start of the game, your opponent must be the last person who touched your deck. Shuffle half of the deck into another half and always ask your opponent to shuffle his deck, to do in that manner, if you see he is just turning cards from one end to another. The whole point of it is to have fun, so if you find cheaters don't hesitate and use all you come to think off to mock him for that.

I do have one question though, how do you make your tiles completely modular, because magnets aren't compatible on every side? I'm trying to figure this out in next two weeks, untill the magnets are here, then I'll post what I came up with.

My first explanation to gaming group I presented Malifaux was - it's new Mordheim! I thought they had Mordheim in mind when they were creating the game. It just have a same feeling! I would gladly implement some Mordheim aspect in some Malifaux campaign, but as someone said, it's not allowed to use Mordheim rules for something official. Maybe some fan made Malifaux campaign with Mordheim add-on could be great thing for start.

There are some essential questions to be answered, for one list of all changes for v2 cards. I haven't played Malifaux for month and still waiting for errata.

Being pretty sure doesn't mean you're right. Taking a henchman with special forces ability takes off the two models only restriction. Even if he (or she in this case) is taken as Henchman. It's under page 35 in Rising Powers RB.

This system that everyone can die, but unique minions can stay around for the most part is great, as people will turn more and more to unique minions in campaign. On the other side, what happens when master die? Do you get to take another one for free, do you have to wait few turns, do you have to pay something for him?

So I figured out that gaming community is a world itself, and it's still very unexploited and unknown in here. So it's secret world of games actually. Strangely, I never thought that Englishmen would read my name I stop after Taj. So they called me Taj so many times on Forums, that guys in here sometimes call me Taj. It's funny because Taj sounds to me like a muslim name, and I'm ortodox christian.

Ratty, how do you do that static grass? It is really great to see the grass standing like that... I'm not new in painting but really could use some help with bases, and this could be perfect touch.

Vik's are natural killers. They are monsters in cc, so use them like that. I have to add that Vik's are going to beat everyone in areas where Malifaux is starting (not many gamers and not many experience with Malifaux), and they are great for switching from some system to Malifaux, as their goal is clear: kill everything that is moving and isn't your friend. Storywise, Viktoria is famous merc on Earth, called so she can get rid of some unnatural entity. She carries with her a magic weapon, old demon sword called Masamune Nihonto. When she was in Malifaux, she confronted Pandora (Neverborn) and the demon who was in the sword saved her. Demon took her look, so now there are two Vik's.

But I have a feeling that many are pissed off for not releasing new errata yet. If you want to become a serious company that can eat GW and PP for breakfast, you have to make right things that people are asking almost instantly. I've heard Eric that he is hopping to find "dream" edition of Malifaux on some podcast, but IMO this new errata isn't going to fix EVERYTHING, there will be always something new to fix. I do understand that you are building Malifaux errata instead of new edition. I really love you all for that. I also came out second with Ophelia at local tournament. She is one hell of a master, if you ask me. My only flaw with her was the thing that i'm still learning to play her the right way.

FAIL! On the thread note, I agree with someone mentioning Viks. They was/are/will always be badasses.

About the fiction, I'm not sure that those two has anything to do with one another. I'm thinking that the Governor General is (or will become) one tyrant entity, and that the Lucius will be/is his herald (avatar). And that Hofmann is going to use some Neverborn help to get rid of these Tyrants, and that Coppelius will be the first that would help him. I'll wait the release of third book with those thoughts.
