You will find that killing your own models (desperate Merc) is almost a given for a specific army type. Resser's and Lilith grow lists that I know of. I think it's getting a little over board but people have figured it out that if you can get that 2ss to make 5ss (or higher model) then be a Team Killing.. er.. you know the rest.

Howdy, Most players I know either hang out at Dream Wizards in Rockville but I know that Games and Stuff in Glen Burnie has been building up Tuesday night as a Malfo night. I live in columbia so will bounce into either but mostly I play Thursday's down at Dream Wizards.

I know someone that is willing to part with one. He is looking for cash or Old confrontation stuff. user name is skrivanek. send him a message and I'll remind him to check it.

Dead Justice is just an Alt model and not a new model for the Guild. So you would use regular Justice stats for the model

They have just started up Tuesday Night Malifaux and I was told they were going to try a once a month or every other month event. Games and Stuff is the only place (around D.C in MD) I know that has stock on hand.. I know Dream Wizards in Rockville will order but the only thing they really keep on hand is GW stuff..

A few of them are in the Chronicles downloads. I think they said they were going to be updating the ones at GenCon and posting them up "in the future".

Dead Justice isn't a master. She can be either Justice for guild or Dead Doxy, which is a type of belle, for Resser.

The cards handle laminating just fine. I have a large size one so laminated everyone in our local groups cards and haven't had any problems.

I thought it was 3 neverborne and 1 outcast but I might be wrong.

My gremlins just took down Perdita last night Feud for the win! But I'll be getting dead justice together and looking to start my branching into guild.

Papa loco should be very useful against this list I think. The combo tends to be grouped up so they wouldn't want to Lure him and risk the 5dg IF they thought someone else could step in a do the 2dg to finish off the Lilitus. Anything with immune to influence helps cut the 18" lure down unless Pandora is pushed out front. But just because pandora is out front doesn't really change the combo.. Witchling stalker could be helpful as the combo breaker with reflect magic to help break up the group a little bit. Ryle with Breach Psychosis.. unless pandora would override that. Just some thoughts.. I haven't started Guild yet but have dead justice so it's on my list..

This is off-topic but want to make one note before getting back to the regular topic(s): I will point out here that Nix wasn't there as a henchman and he was a good guy. I'm not questioning Nix's reasons for the list since it was a tournie and it seemed to bring out a more competitive streak for people. As I said before, the attitude was very different for the masters than I had seen earlier. More serious, more competitive, more rules discussions but if a game system needs/wants to have a serious tournie with serious competitive lists then I am happy if it stays in "the masters" where myself, a more casual player for sure, will be happy to watch from the sidelines. And back to our regular topic

I'm having mixed results with the dog's. I do think I will use more support models once I get them painted at the start. I also forgot about the drawing a card but I tend to suffer from wrong suit for reanimate. The dogs have worked well as a in the face and Bette delivery system and then the rest of the force tends to move up. I was making a mistake about the Fog so wasn't using that much but that will be changing now.

There were no qualifiers. In fact I signed up with the idea of just some more friendly games for the weekend and was a bit surprised how quickly the competitive attitude jumped and how many more rules questions seemed to pop up just because it was "the masters". I thought the masters was just a nice title not the grand poobah of tournies. At least I know for next time!

I knew there was another reason! Oh wait.. plus my list wasn't that good (but it will get better!) hmmm.. but I also lost games when I wasn't wearing the shirt... Probably should have bought the puppet shirt!

It was a frustrating list to play against that chain casting Lure and self healing group is just a sick combo if you are not prepared for it. So the game was frustrating but you were a good opponent. Still don't think I'll be at the NOVA event's unfortunately. I still wish you could have triggered Nico staff and beat himself (w/ self loathing) into a mindless undead. It would have been funny!
