You move (ie. not push, place or whatever) your model during a Charge, so yes - if it leaves any enemy models melee range then that model is allowed to make a disengagement strike. Moves always allow for disengagement strikes

Compared to the Guild Watchers they offer a little less utility for better survivability.. To be honest though, when I look at their profile the irresistible Wp debuff seems all they're good for (other than objective grabs)..

The only time I've had a problem I mailed them with it and they asked for adress/pictures etc like they asked you. I didn't get a 'Okay now we shipped it' mail right away, but found the missing piece in my mailbox a week or so after (I live in Europe). So my guess is that they might already have shipped it, they're usually fast, that said however, it IS closing in on GenCon which means an ultra busy Wyrd office.. But really, rest assured, I have never heard any negative criticism on this sort of situation with Wyrd.. Edit: It's also weekend now...

Personally I plan to finally order all my V2 statcards when GenCon comes around in a few months, since I'll most definetly be ordering from their webstore anyway to get whatever new LE's and Rules we'll be seeing this year..

Purely from the Rising Powers fluff I guess alot of them will be floating around.. Others seem to 'merely' have their abilities enhanced.. But meh, I don't know anything

Not sure about the Shrugging off Falling Back (exactly what constituted an effect was discussed a great deal a long while back, but not sure if there ever was a conclusion to it, might be worth a search - in the manual the term 'effect' still seems fairly wide..).. Anyway, there's nothing to prevent you from taking (0) actions while Rallying.. :S No movement actions, that is all.. (and to everything..)

Untill I read the question and actually thought about the wording I would've agreed with you, now I'm not so sure anymore.. While a 0" move certainly is a move I don't know if you can consider it a move into bse contact.. But that's one hell of a semantic discussion right there.. It would've been more clear if it had said something like 'ended the move in base contact'.. Hmm... A toss up for me, no idea about how it'll be ruled..

You could also copy Link and Unhealthy Relationship and thereby link a Lelu (or whatever other Woe you might have) to Pandora (or Insidious Madness (or other fast model)) to carry him across the field.. Or Candy which will probably soak damage better than the Doppelganger Alot of shenanigans..

Depends on how many new rules there's actually going to be.. Somehow I doubt there will be that many.. But we'll see soon enough I guess If it's like Rising Powers with ~4 pages (not counting scenarios) then I see no reason to make a manual of those xD (Unless you count statcards, but I assume you do not, as those aren't in the manual anyway.)

Using (0)Link gives the model using it an 'effect' with a set duration. Losing the ability to make a new link shouldn't remove that effect. At least that's how I've been understanding it. And yes that allows for some interesting shenanigans with Pandoras Unhealthy Relationship and the other Woes..

You're thinking of and effects which don't affect the model from whom they originate unless otherwise mentioned. Edit: Inspiring Swordplay is similar to a pulse, but it doesn't use the icon, so I see no reason why it shouldn't affect Lady J herself.

Page 15 in the manual - Line of Sight - Last bullet point: "Models always have LoS to themselves."

Wait.. Shouldn't it say: "Inspiring Swordplay: When this model kills an enemy model with a Greatsword Strike, all other friendly models within 10” and LoS receive +2 Cb until the Start Closing Phase." For Lady Justice not to be affected by it herself? I was certain that it'd been ruled that models are always in LoS and within range x of themselves...

It's not 'v2' - there haven't been a v2 for Rising Powers, so calling it such might cause a bit confusion (the card doesn't say v2 either).

I'm fairly certain I read somewhere that it should've been 50mm.. Either way it's not unheard of for Wyrd to change things slightly between the books and the stat cards when the model is finally released - especially base size - just take a look at Ryle and the Hunter for instance..

6+ Stolen? I would say 6 at the most.. Depending on playstyle you might even find 3 of them to be enough.. As for the rats that's probably also dependent on how you play them and how willing you are to sacrifice them, but 12+ definetly isn't unheard of..
