Multiple Focus and attacking.

Ok if a model has focused +3 and takes an attack do they have to remove and use all 3 or can they choose to just lower it by 1 or 2 instead.

Rulebook states :" Focused +1: This model may remove this Condition when declaring an Action to gain a nomber of (positive twists) to the Action's duel and damage flip equal to the value of the Focused Condition Removed."

They can choose how much to use, gaining a flip to each. However, I don't think that can go above :+fate:+fate to a single attack.

By that reading, it's all or nothing. You cannot split them out since gaining the benefit ends the condition.

That is my interpretation as well. It says "remove this condition" I assume that means the entire condition. Also pg 52 talks about stacking conditions and says "... the values are added together and the two Conditions become one."

You remove the whole lot.

Your remove the condition. Otherwise Stalkes and such could only dispel one burning at a time. And that would be rubbish.
