Malicte
Tara's Stutter Time ability says she "may choose to reflip the results of flips made to end the Encounter". As I read this, if she doesn't like the result of the reflip, as it is still a flip to end the encounter, she can choose to reflip again. Is this the correct reading, or is there some restriction on number of reflips that I haven't managed to dig up yet?

0 rgarbonzo
Basically it comes down to 2 thing here. 1. Tara was intended to reflip the results once. 2. Tara can target buried models because in the ability it says "target buried enemy"
0 hypoking
Three pages of debate over one extra s. it's hilarious really. A woman without her man is nothing. Easy as it is to mock, language matters.

0 Jonas Albrecht
What? I'm not getting this one....spell it out for me. The sentence has multiple meanings, depending on how you punctuate it.
0 hypoking
A woman, without her, man is nothing A woman, without her man, is nothing An extra s or the placement of a comma can completely change the meaning of a statement.
0 Stinkmunk
...and we haven't even discussed Tara mirror matches yet. What if one Tara wants the end and the other doesn't? I presume it would simply be flip a card, does any Tara want a reflip? If so reflip the card. On reflip, does the remaining Tara want to reflip? Resolve. 0 theJudge
The punctuation looks like a simple typo to me. I honestly feel this has been debated to a point where issues are being voiced where, in a place where two rational people are playing, would never, ever come to light. What I found funny was how big a problem was being made out of an extra letter when it is pretty easy to come to a fair conclusion about what the rule wants to say. It was just an observation that I found funny. Wasn't intended to be mocking anyone.
0 Jonasty
I can easily see this being one of the first things updated in the new FAQ as I think most people understand what the intention was but it does create loopholes and questions. And it was a good point about the mirror match, that creates its own set of issues and concerns.
0 Hateful Darkblack
Tara Player #1: "I will keep reflipping until the Encounter ends." Tara Player #2: "I will keep reflipping until the Encounter continues." Tournament Judge: "You are both disqualified. Get out." Tara Players #1 and #2: "Hold on. We just need to finish this infinite series of flips and then we'll be out of here."
0 Barnaberible
Anyway, based on the fact that flipping ad-infinitum is just stupid is the consensus that the re-flip is only made if Tara actually made then flip? And in order for Tara to make the flip she needs to win initiative turn five (I believe rules state that the first player makes the flip, although I dont hve my book on me)
0 Malicte
What we ended up doing in my local was just, "she may reflip it once".
Question
