Zoraida summoning Wicked Dolls?!

In the forums and on pullmyfinger it is said pretty often, that Zoraida can summon Wicked Dolls...

Where's this rule to be found?

The 1.5 rulebook says, that Zoraida can summon a Voodoo Doll and it is also said precisely what happens when there is already a Voodoo Doll on the board...

So, how do the dear valued players come to the conclusion that Zoraida can summon Wicked Dolls?!

because it says so on the wicked doll's card

The Wicked doll card itself says that this model may be summoned by the create voodoo doll action.

It is also worth noting that it says this does NOT mean you have to discard the voodoo doll (if in play) or any other wicked dolls so she can churn them out all day long.

Should have looked up the Wicked Doll's stat card but it's not in the book unfortunately.

This thread is from 2012 and is referring to 1.5 edition Malifaux. Zoraida can only summon the Voodoo Doll in 2nd edition.
