Soseito
I just got my Dark debts box set last night and I'm working on assembling Jakob right now. I'm trying to figure out how to best position Mr. Lynch. The base seems to small to position Jakob and the skeleton well. When I try to get both on the base they seem to either stand atop each other or just plain not fit. I was wondering what others have done to keep the base from seeming too cramped. Thanks. *Jack*
I just ommitted the skeleton completely. It looks really cool - Cool on jakob, but I also like the look of jakob without it. It looks even cooler on its own. I'm going to stick it on a base, possibly stick a puppet malifaux cherub flying above it, and use it as a cherub/primordial magic for lilith. With the cards its throwing down, I think it'd make a great primordial magic. I'd use it as one for jakob, if huggy wasnt so great.
Viruk
Personally, I don't think it's a big problem, just a matter of finding the right spot to glue the models onto the base. Here's how I did it:
Soseito
I'm going to try what you did Viruk. The only difference between your model and mine is that I don't have anything filling up the base. Thanks for the idea.
Borzag
One of my mates suggested having the skeleton looking over Jakob's shoulder, like a whispering devil sort of deal. I have to admit, it sounds like a good idea
Viruk
You're welcome mate. I can also suggest using Revell contacta professional glue as it slightly melts the plastic, making it much easier to reposition and bend the mini as you glue it. Pagan Wolfe
Here are mine... http://www.wyrd-games.net/showthread.php?36051-Wolfes-Lynch-Mob They do fit if you don't make Jacob central. Although some of those other ideas sound good too.
Tokaji
Here's mine, just to give you a different kind of idea. I cut off the skeleton from the smoke and turned it upside down. Makes him look like he's doing a trick or something. As a side note, I hate the lack of detail on Lynch's face.
Fetid Strumpet
I modeled mine on a rock that sticks out from the base a little.
Soseito
So far what I've done is pin lynch to the base so that he's slightly on the lip. Now I should have plenty of space to position the skeleton. Thanks for all of the helpful replies.
