JackRussel
So I was wondering if you can use Killjoys (1)action on an obey? I was thinking of trying it on some expensive models but I needto know if it is possible first.
0 dgraz
I don't know which (1) action you're referring to, but Obey allows a Charge or a (1) action so unless there is something specific on Killjoy's card that prevents it, then the answer is yes. Edit: Do you mean the (1) sacrifice? If so, then I believe the answer is no. You can't force a model to kill itself using Obey. 0 Dreygan
unless it uses corpse or scrap. you cant force your opponant to use their counters
0 tat2dbowler
I'm assuming you mean the action "(1) sacrificed" that every model in Killjoy's crew gains, if so the answer is no. Obey says in its description that the action cannot cause the model to be killed or sacrificed.
0 JackRussel
yes I meant Killjoys (1) scrafice action. Damn that's annoying, I was really hoping I could. Thanks for the answers though.
0 nilus
Correct, you can't self terminate. Trust me it would make Obey super powerful if you could
0 Finnegan
Though if I remember well, Hamelin doesn't have such qualms, unless they forgot to put it on the card.

0 Finnegan
I don't have the card with me, but I do have rulebook 2. Obedience: Sacrifice a friendly model within 6". Target non-Master model immediately takes a Charge or (1) Action controlled by this model's Controller. Though I would prefer to be wrong in this instance, so please tell me I misinterpreted somehow
0 nilus
I actually thought you were talking about Mercenary Hamelins obey. Not sure on the Master Hamelin's ability.

Though I would prefer to be wrong in this instance, so please tell me I misinterpreted somehow It works like you think. He does not have the normal obey limitation. You just either have to kill a stolen (for a rat) because anything else sacrificed around him will not generate a Rat. Only when a model is killed, not sacrificed. It's like Obey, but fueled by creepy children.
0 Oshova
Master Hamelin ignores the usual qualms about Sacrificing and Killing. Sad but true I'm afraid. There's a reason the spell has a different name. ; ]
