Is it correct that the effect from the void where you draw a card each time an opponent cheats begins from turn 1, just the now drawing cards in the draw phase begins from turn 2. Thanks! Draw one card from the fate deck or the top of the discard pile each the nominated opponent plays a control card. I assume that if Hamelin dies you can once again draw cards, but conversely don't draw every time your nominated opponent cheats fate? This may be from playing Magic too long, but full stops have always stood out as important separators with whether rules are directly linked or not.
