I was also saying that as you interpret the trigger, it's a null trigger because you can't target yourself. My other comment was saying basically what is the point of a trigger that doesn't work. If your comprehension of the rule is to be changed to this trigger the wording would be, "Reflect Magic- After this model resists the spell targeting it, do nothing."

Of course you don't, because if you did, it would have never been assigned as a trigger. It doesn't say target something else, it's right back at the originator of the spell. Any other solution would just be, duel fails so why have a trigger that just makes the duel fail, when it already failed via the trigger.

What do you think this trigger does if not reflect the attack back on the target? It is not called Deflect Magic. Df/Wp(rt) Reflect Magic: After this model resists a spell targeting it, the caster replaces this model as a target and suffers the spell's effects. Use the difference in casting and resist totals if a difference is required. The reflected spell has no effect if the caster could not be affected by it. It's as if the original target cast the spell at you, not you casting the spell at you. Immunities to specific damage types or abilities that grant immunities are the only thing that will change that, and that is what the last sentence is telling you.
