Ratty
BTW... the latest episode of CSI has them going to a old wild west theme part that has been deserted for years.. The building are very similar if you need ideas for painting.
Inquisitor Wall
Any word on a time frame for that water tower. I was set to do an order with them, then I saw that post. Id like to try and only do 1 order if possible.
the_madhatter1
I ordered the heroic adobe house and it's fantastic, It looks fine without any washes. the only downside is that Seamus wont fit in it coz of his goddamned hat! I am planning to get the train station at christmas.
Inquisitor Wall
Placed my first order today. Decided to split it up in hopes of waiting for the water tower. Anyone from the states that has ordered from them know of an expected shipping time.
Inquisitor Wall
Just got my order in, and I must say I am without a doubt pleased with their quality. Absolutely awesome buildings. I am going to have to order some more in the very near future.
Supergeek
I bought the 6 pack of city block buildings and they look awesome. Once I've painted them I'll put up some pics
Clousseau
Got some new buildings for Xmas! Just need to sort out the train now! The jail has 3 cells in it, but the hotel does need some interior walls for full usefullness.
Inquisitor Wall
Love the paint work for the signs. What scale is that train? It looks perfect size to go with the station. Im jealous of the hotel. Hoping to order one soon.
WarmasterOJB
Nice Work! And Please juts post if you make the Hotel interior. I need some ideas there ;-) All my Buildings are still mainly unpainted. Just one color and no painted signs yet. Have to do some work... Clousseau
Train is a really cheap and tacky plastic one from Toys R Us with no particular scale.
diehard
Train is a really cheap and tacky plastic one from Toys R Us with no particular scale. But the look fits and the scale looks appropriate enough. Plus the plastic makes for easier conversion possibilities. Do you remember the brand name by any chance? After seeing so many (extremely) nice custom Malifaux boards here in these forums, I have some ideas floating around in my head right now. One of those ideas does indeed involve a train. Inquisitor Wall
http://www.sarissa-precision.co.uk/store/oldwesthr/ Make sure you are looking at the heroic scale for the proper size doors.

harbinger
Clousseau, curious how you transferred the emblem above the marshal sign. Always looking for a easier method. [url=http://wyrd-games.net/forum/member.php?u=2376]
Clousseau
Clousseau, curious how you transferred the emblem above the marshal sign. Always looking for a easier method. Sorry, but it was done the hard way - by hand. The etched-in planks help a little, and it's rather more uneven in the flesh than can be seen in the photo. Clousseau
Sorry guys, but I bought the train on a brief business trip over to Detroit and left the packaging in the hotel room! The store had 2 or 3 really cheap sets and I went for this one as it had some straight tracks (not just curves) and a couple of carriages. Malandres
That sucks...think my son may object to me 'converting' one of his hornby trains...i HAVE to get some of them buildings though
captaincarrot
For those in the UK I bought a very similar looking train from B&M Home bargains for £7. Will try and post a piccy of the box when I remember.
rascally
Recently bought the Heroic old west Shack in order to trial the system before committing too much in the way of funds - Have reviewed it here but overall it's very nice. Wouldn't mind it looking a bit more run down though.. Will be buying more. pt1: http://malifauxblog.blogspot.com/2012/01/this-weekend-i-received-sarisaa.html pt2: http://malifauxblog.blogspot.com/2012/01/sarissa-precision-heroic-old-west-shack.html
TheSkribblekid
Wow these buildings make setting up a western themed modular board for Malifaux so easy! With a little bit of detail work you could make these looks amazing! Also pretty cheap! Might have to invest me thinks. -Skribs
rascally
Thanks to BOW have found this site that also makes laser cut buildings. Fantasy buildings of all sorts here, less texture than sarissa and not sure yet how much they are but looking very nice. http://www.deepcutstudio.com/

Sacle needs to be O I think (about 1/43-1/48). Just take a figure with you and look for the cheap and tacky stuff!
