Ritual
Hi everyone! Here's a little resin orc buste I painted the other day to get my painting juices flowing again. It's a small little buste... 35 mm high altogether, the face is about 17 mm from top to chin. It took me 6 hours to paint. It's not perfect by any means, but I'm quite happy with it. And it served its purpose as I'm feeling all itchy in my fingers to paint more now.
demonherald
Nicely done I'm looking forward to having a crack at this guy myself...I like the skin tone and finish and never realised he had a sheep on him until now... good stuff and look forward to seeing what he has warmed you up to and your ready to do next.... Dragonforge
Umm so why is he sprouting a sheep LOL Sweet piece.. I might have to get one of those. Busts are starting to intrigue me (No Vike NOT that type of busts, though they are nice ) and I really want to sculpt some..Ive plans for a orc myself here soon. I think they are the wave of the future in miniature painting..always were big in historical's and now taking off in fantasy. Allows a person to paint a larger scale, but not an big figure which is time consuming let alone daunting.

Ritual
No, it's acrylics. But, as I mentioned, this bust is really small. It doesn't take that long to paint, really, and it was such a fun sculpt that I couldn't stop painting!
