Malebolgia Posted September 9, 2007 Report Posted September 9, 2007 Circle of Orgoreos Yes, the title says it all...my Circle is centered on gore and not on OSL. Although OSL looks cool I want my Circle painted fast and then OSL is not the way to go. And since I absolutely love painting gore on models (yeah, I am a sicko ) gore seemed like the way to go. I speedpainted these models to get them on the table ASAP. A couple of hours of work went into them and I think they look fine this way. The treestump on the WoldWarden is by Hasslefree. They are evil as heck and have a real dark, savage and brutal look to them. My Butcher will be jealous... Duende Posted September 9, 2007 Report Posted September 9, 2007 Really cool, Marijn, nice and bloody. Although at first, I thought the circle name was for "those who Gorge on Oreos". Quote
goblyn13 Posted September 9, 2007 Report Posted September 9, 2007 Nice touch, I think you should have bloodied the ropes on the wolds a bit as they are supposed to be soaked in blood as part of their creation ritual Quote
Wren Posted September 10, 2007 Report Posted September 10, 2007 Really cool, Marijn, nice and bloody. Although at first, I thought the circle name was for "those who Gorge on Oreos". While gore is not my personal thing, these look good, and look even better considering the time investment. But I do have to say I really want to see the cookie monster inspired Circle now. ;-> Quote
r2-j1 Posted September 10, 2007 Report Posted September 10, 2007 Quite a unique vision. Really gross however, though I guess thats what you going for. At least you can count on no one else having a circle army that looks like yous. Quote
Jubilee Posted September 10, 2007 Report Posted September 10, 2007 mmmm bloody oreos.. look nice, though, even without free cookies.. Quote
gi6ers Posted September 10, 2007 Report Posted September 10, 2007 Excellent, the contrast works a treat! Quote
EricJ Posted September 10, 2007 Report Posted September 10, 2007 the blood really spices up what could be pretty mono-colored minis, nice work! Quote
Vytis Posted September 10, 2007 Report Posted September 10, 2007 groovy! though not big on gore myself (tends to look tacky to me) it certainly is well done. Quote
