Looking forward to both of those.

Hopefully they do the Wolverine one right. The first two Xmen where fantastic but then they arsed up Xmen III with the new director and I thought they ended up killing that part of the franchise. Hell, they might have, thus the reason for going with the most popular and giving him his own movie.

I'm really jazzed about Watchmen. As usual, Alan Moore's name will not be attached, but I'm still looking forward to this big time (if it ever sees the light of day that is).

I'm also very excited about Wolverine Origins and Terminator Salvation. The 3rd X Film definitely could've done with no Halle Berry and more Famke Janssen.

While I agree that X-Men 3 was by far the worst of the 3 movies, it also had the biggest box office take...which I think matters FAR more than film quality now days, so I don't think it did anything to undermine the X-Men franchise.

And yes, I'm pissed about the Watchman legal crap too

Push ... yes, yes .... ooooooh yes. I want to see that one bad after that trailer. Thank you.

Chun-Li ... watchable as a rental I'm thinking.

Witch Mountain ... fun Disney flick, one for the kids.

Dragonball ... (groan). I'm sure it'll find an audience, just not in my house, despite the boy who is going to beg for it.

For those that don't have the Firefly DVDs or are wondering what the big deal is about this show, here's your chance to watch episodes of it for free (and completely legally):

http://www.hulu.com/firefly

For those who may not know, Hulu.com is a website (created by NBC) that offers free TV episodes and movies. Most them I don't really care for, but there are some (such as Firefly and Arrested Development) that I really like and it's nice to be able to watch whichever episode I want whenever I feel like it.

There are commercials, even in the movies, but they only last about 30 seconds.

If you don't watch them in order you have to at least watch:

Skier Suffers Exposure

Man left dangling upside down, pantsless after Vail lift mishap

JANUARY 6--In a bizarre incident that will surely lead to litigation (or an out-of-court settlement), a skier at Colorado's ritzy Vail resort was left dangling upside down and pantsless from a chairlift last Thursday morning. The January 1 mishap apparently occurred after the male skier, 48, and a child boarded a high-speed lift in Vail's Blue Sky Basin. It appears that the chairlift's fold-down seat was somehow not in the lowered position, which caused the man to partially fall through the resulting gap. His right ski got jammed in the ascending chairlift, and that kept him upended since his boot never dislodged from its binding. As seen in the photos on the following pages (which were snapped by fellow skiers), the Skyline Express lift was stopped shortly after the pair's botched boarding resulted in the man dangling from the lift. The exposed skier was stuck for about 15 minutes before Vail personnel backed the lift up and successfully dislodged the unidentified man from the four-seat chair. The images on page four and five were taken by a local photographer who happened upon the rescue scene. In a statement released this afternoon, Vail Resorts, which operates the ski area, reported that the skier was not injured after being "suspended for approximately seven minutes." The press release did not explain how the mishap occurred, only that "the man was caught on the chair."
