Nathan Caroland
This is pretty damn good! http://www.zippyvideos.com/2211085461087526/magic/
EricJ
That is definately cute what's really amazing is that whoever did this managed to keep fingerprints out of the clay the whole time! I wish I could just concentrate hard and make my pants and shirt spring into existence
Celtic Lilly
Neat! I think that must have taken forever to do though. Looks almost like how Gumby is done.
EricJ
I would bet it's exactly how gumby was done Stop action photography, like Chicken Run, the new Corpse Bride movie, even the skeletons in that old Jason and the Argonaughts. The funny thing it's really easy to do (although take a ton of time), but REALLY hard to do well. Some of the best and most detailed miniatures in the world are made for stop action scenes. Gonzoangel
Some people have way too much time on their hands :thumb:
cdukino
Cute video. Stop motion is such a cool medium but sure is time-eating to do. I did a movie of 10 seconds once back at school. Must have taken me forever.
Nathan Caroland
I think it is absolutely entertaining as hell, but I can't imagine the time and effort that goes into filming something like that, or much less something like the Nightmare Before Christmas or the Corpse Bride. Move them bit by bit ... bonkers!
green stuff
what's really amazing is that whoever did this managed to keep fingerprints out of the clay the whole time! Just use latex gloves to keep fingerprints off. :thumb:
