Replacing multiple models and tokens

I'm a bit condused about tokens on multi-replace effects (several models combining into one). If I have three models with tokens on them and combine them into one, would the new model gain a single token or do I combine them all? Conditions are specifically mentioned in the multi replace rules but tokens are not. Semms sort of strange if you lose tokens.

I think that as long as step 3 of basic Replace rules says "The new model gains ... all Tokens" and there is no special rule for multiple models, we should apply the basic rule as written and trasfer all Tokens from all replaced models to the new one.

The replacement rules has some holes... I'd also say transfer all tokens; but I hope they cover all the possible cases in an errata (especialy the activated and non-activated model out of his activation replacement)
