Unless someone came up with a better icon all of a sudden, is being used for M3E. Although ⚡is buried in the Travel and Places section as a near substitute. That's the M3e Bonus Action symbol, I suspect they called it a TOS symbol so as to not spoil M3e early. But I totally agree those three missing symbols should get added!
