scourn99
Building my swamp/train board using custom built terrain and the plast craft stuff. Anyone know where you can get cheap train track and maybe parts of a train that would be to scale?

Bengt
O or S scale should be reasonably sized if you want to use model railway rails. Remember that a great variety of gauge was used during the early days of rail. The wooden supports are called tie (US) or sleeper (UK) in English. snitchythedog
Christmas trains. They come with plenty of track, several cars and are cheap. This time of year they should be fairly easy to find. They are at a slightly reduced scale, but on a Malifaux board it should not matter. Snitchy sends. Munindk
I'd be careful with the toy trains, at least in europe. I've seen them in two sizes over here, one thats close to O scale (which fits Malifaux) and one thats about half that size (I think its HO scale?). blomkaal
TTCombat makes a lasercut MDF trainset, which I'd probably go for, but I guess you'd have to be into that 'lasercut MDF' look... http://ttcombat.com/collections/wild-west/products/steam-train-and-track

I happen to like that, though

I happen to like that, though Some work, but those ttcombat train kit could be made much less boxy with some green stuff+magic sculpt, some fine sandpaper/files and lotsa patience. Way cheaper than o-scale stuff, and pretty cool looking...
WalkingInBlack
ttcombat does have some train rails that wouldn't need much work ad all just some paint, take a look under the Old Town Scenics section. http://ttcombat.com/collections/old-town/products/straight-rails
