qoob
Hello everyone! Can you guys give me some advice what makes sense to use instead of Night Terrors? They are not available in plastic and I cannot find the metal ones either. Thank you!
Adran
For what purpose? If you are using them as a cheap minion for things like Turf war, then Canine remains/Cruligan are similar. (Cost a little more, but can do more)If you are using them as a spirit for Kirai things, then you might want to look at Gaki (although they also aren't out in plastic). Adran
Night terrors aren't very good at schemes because they are insignificant. This is particularly bad if you have distract or Cursed object, as they can get them, but can't get rid of the condition. Unless you're taking Take prisoner, they aren't there to score you scheme points. What would you be doing with them that you want something else to do? Kogan Style
Night Terrors are great for Recon and Interference, as they have the speed to get to spots that make if very difficult to engage with (for Interference) and offer cheap activations for AP control. They can complete schemes like Protect Territory as long as someone else drops a marker. Does mean your more expensive crew members are not tied up waiting for the game to finish once they have dropped their PT marker. They can also easily deny Outflank (which no one in their right mind would ever take anyway) and can help achieve/Deny Take Prisoner by being quick enough to become the Engaging model or the model within 3" to deny a VP. jonahmaul
I used these guys which suit the single model that Night Terrors are 'supposed' to be. But as you're using them as counts as then I'd go with whichever you prefer.
