Thank you everyone.

Planned tables worth seems best as to stop any terrain being mixed.

Unpainted is fine (I've not painted really any mdf stuff yet, sorry guys).

Packing it for Sunday morning is ok, but I will endeavour to have all the tables sorted without if possible.

Currently 4 spaces available for this event.

Really happy it's got to this stage but I would love for those last seats to be filled.

Everything has come together now.

All the packs are printed (I know your schemes :-P).

Goody boxes made (around 10 items per player)

SMG have said they can give us some prizes which will be raffled off.

More new terrain for the event has been built.

Fancy looking vouchers are on their way.

Trophies are done (as in the first post) as well as the spoon.

Also thanks to Mike Asquith we will have a lovely prize for best sports including some local booze (with a silly name).

I'll team up with you if you can stand me dragging down your average score :)

EXCITING UPDATE

Prize support from Simple Miniature Games confirmed.

SMG has given us a huge swag bag of goodies which I will be raffling off.

Amongst the prizes are limited edition crews and models including the Performer and Miss Ery.

The raffle will also be done in a different format.

Each player will be given a raffle ticket and maybe more throughout the day, rather than a random prize being allocated to the player the tickets will be given in pairs.

One to keep as usual.

The other the player places in a pot for a specific prize.

Each pot will be drawn from randomly to see the winner.

What does this mean?

If you win a prize it will be something you want.

Also, there is a fun almost gambling element to this, you want the most expensive sought-after prize? Well so do many more and your chances will be lower.

Fancy a little prize, well maybe hardly anyone else does, you might even be lucky enough to be the only one.

This at least is the plan I doubt much will change it or my mind about it, but please, comments are always welcome.

So...

Not only will every entrant get a box of goodies including around ten items, including soulstones and 50mm markers plus more...

The winners, best in faction, painters and spoon get a trophy...

There will be vouchers from Element Games (should be secured) which the winners get and some will be given away for fun reasons...

Each player also will be able to take away a May Feng crate and...

now there is a raffle.

Hopefully this is enough value and in a sense I am jealous I am running this and not playing because the best bit?

4 games of Malifaux in one of the biggest Malifaux events this year.

Skewed raffle sounds a brilliant idea. As you say, chance to get what you actually want.

Does anyone know of a good cafe near the venue....it's becoming my most asked pre tourney question but I do like to start the day right.....

About a two minute walk down the road is Casa Carlos which has a coffee shop.

Basically the venue is beside a street which has a Tesco Express and a ton of food places.
