  1. In that case... I have finished one of the Aversions today, still need to base it up later. I will switch the pictures next week when I picked up my new worklamp, but for now, this is the best I can shoot. Paints used: Vallejo Game Air "Dead white" and "Electric blue".
  2. Thank you! A quick question: should the pieces done be uploaded one by one, or in one post at the end of the month?
  3. Hi everyone, I'm Demi from Hungary, new to the forums and relatively new to the miniature painting hobby. I have been painting since January 2022 and will attend my first tournament at the end of May! Therefore, I'm currently working on two crews: finishing up Lucas McCabe (my crew, partially already done but I'm not sure if I should share pics here as they weren't done in May) and my partner's Toil 'n Trouble Pandora set for the competition. Already got my calendar set up to include some painting every day, wish me luck!
  4. Sorry for the necro, but I'd love to include Siren Games for Austrian players and Fantasiewelt in Germany. They have a pretty decent Malifaux stock, Siren Games is also a walk-in shop. They do miss a few things every now and then, but have a pretty stable distribution line and they ship to Hungary. But yes, a "homeland" distributor would be welcome for most European players I guess.
  5. I am currently trying to flesh out the token-collection at home, but for stacking conditions, we usually use small dice, while for markers I am currently making proper markers (mainly corpse) out of cheap bases (trash-kitting) or out of pre-made bases. My partner currently uses a small ad-hoc set of cardboard circles that have colored pictures glued to for corpse, scheme and strategy markers (needed a quick set for a tournament, got the file with the pictures from Scribd). As far as I got, the only important thing is that you can keep track of the conditions (we do it in the app properly) and that the markers are a given 30mm size.
  6. Welcome fellow newbie! They look amazing, espacially cudos on the even paint of green - I know how awful green paints usually cover. Could you tell which brand/green you use? Love how vibrant it is, I'm looking for something similar.
  7. Hey there! I'm Demi, relatively new to this hobby which was introduced to me by my partner. He's into the wargaming part of Malifaux, I happily overtook the painting part from him. I am greatly inspired by EonsofBattle and Squidmar Miniatures on how to become better at this new hobby. I'm using Vallejo Game Air paints (without airbrush), Italiery 5/0 and 10/0 brushes and a Mucoplant bottle as painting stand. Bases are made of trash and Fimo Air light clay. Seamus was my first crew ever painted (miniature-wise, although I have been painting as a hobby for a couple years now) and I feel like I have already came a long way since this crew, thanks to almost daily practice which I greatly enjoy. I'll upload the rest of the rest of the minis later separately. Now, the Seamus crew, asked to revamp them as... Well, vampires. In coloration, at least. Specifically asked to use this dead red and light blue in the crew as a theme. Seamus, the very first: Copycat Killer, conveniently stabbed in someone's back: Rotten Belle Nr. 1, "Susan": Rotten Belle Nr.2 (this I am particularly not proud of, the wash overspilled...): Rotten Belle Nr. 3, lamp post made of a lollipop stick and clay: Madame Sybelle: Let me know what you think!
